I bought my flat off plan and I have found the Dandara team fantastic from looking at the plan of the flat to 5 years later in every aspect. The reason I am terminating your service is your service charge is now 11% which I think is excessive and it is collected at the beginning of the rental period for the whole period which I think is terrible and greedy. It is obviously not you workers but the management who specify these conditions. I know 3 other people whole have terminated your services for the same reason

Provided alternative standalone fridge whilst existing Fridge Freezer was checked and replaced. New FF sourced very quickly and arrangements made to install without delay. Overall excellent and prompt service.

My partner and I recently went to see the new show houses at Hazelwood Aberdeen and we were both blown away with how welcoming we were made to feel by Alanna and her colleague. Alanna was especially helpful and patient with all of our questions and it has made what is normally a very stressful time buying property, into a very exciting and positive experience. I cannot recommend the Dandara Hazelwood team enough!

I moved into a Dandara home at Hazelwood 6 months or so ago and can’t fault my experience with them so far. Any minor snagging issues have been resolved quickly and the customer care team are excellent at communicating.We have dealt with both Alanna and Susan throughout and both have been very helpful and professional. My sister recently purchased a home there also and has been impressed throughout.

We arrive at the show house unannounced (and through the wrong door) and Susan could not have been more welcoming. Susan took us around the bottom floor and explained all the various fits and finishes that were available and the discussed what plots were available and when. She also offered to show us some of the smaller properties so we could gauge what would be the the right fit for us. Susan allowed us to view the upstairs and left us alone to look around at our pace. Susan has a very personable persona and was not pushy at all, which is so often the case when viewing houses and can be very off putting. The house itself was really well appointed and the lay out was really nice. It is obvious that so much care and attention has gone into the build quality and thought process when designing rooms which fit for modern living.
