GoogleAndrew and the team worked hard to successfully sell our house. They were always professional in dealing with us and our tenants who were living in the property whilst it was on the market. They were responsive and helpful right through to completion. I would recommend.

FacebookNot sure why they are not postponing large gatherings and following government guidelines ?? Totally irresponsible!!! Money isn’t everything. Ps Train staff how to handle situations so they can talk to customers and then they wouldn’t have to pretend they are in meetings.👍🏻

The agent, Judith Simpson who visited and valued my property was honest, polite and straight talking and I knew immediately I would be in the right hands selling my house through Cundalls. She kept me informed at every stage of the process, going out of her way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the property photos, description and viewings. I felt their service was highly professional and uniquely communicative (amongst other local estate agents). Having sold my property in just 6 weeks I could not have asked for more, many thanks indeed!

GoogleRang re 2 properties advertised on website advised one under offer and one withdrawn, advised budget and was told..... wouldnt get anything for that, yet properties advertised at less...... very arrogant and unhelpful call advisor

GoogleI found the staff to be very economical with the truth and manipulative. I was a potential buyer and the interactions I had with them left my no doubts about whose interest they served - their own. Buyers and Vendors alike beware! If I had to sell my house with them I would be very nervous about what they would say and do. They manipulated offers by both advising the buyer of the vendors low price, encouraging offers when they knew the vendor had already accepted an offer, advising that the vendor had gone with another offer because that was a cash sale - only to ring up weeks later to say the "chain" had fallen through and would we reconsider putting an offer in.

GoogleWells Cundall HELMSLEY - On Monday 24th April I had really bad accident outside the Wells Cundall shop the staff were marvellous coming to my aid with first aid and care I can not thank them enough I had to have quite a few stitches at York Hospital.
