GoogleEstate agents don’t always have the best reputation and let’s be honest, sometimes it’s deserved. But having dealt with them twice over the past few years for two separate properties, I can genuinely say that Cundalls are in a league of their own.
Their lettings manager, Vicki, is refreshingly honest, wonderfully straightforward, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From start to finish, it’s felt like working with real people the kind who value integrity and relationships over ticking boxes and hiding behind systems. As both tenant and landlord, you’re treated like a human being, not just another reference number on a spreadsheet (imagine that!).
You don’t exactly get to choose your estate agent as a buyer or renter you’re a bit at their mercy but if you’re a seller or landlord, you absolutely can, and you really should consider Cundalls. They do it the way it ought to be done properly, personally, and without the usual estate-agent theatrics.
