GoogleWe purchased our property from Cundalls in Malton and from our first phone call to completion we were very happy with the service. In particular we appreciated the help and support of Andrew Wood throughout our purchase process. He was professional, courteous and helpful in a way that reduced the stress of our house move. Our move was from another part of the UK with a different legal system so the English conveyancing process was a new process for us. Andrew kept us fully informed throughout, reassured us when there were delays and diplomatically helped move along any slower parts of the conveyancing process as needed. His excellent communication skills and kind, thoughtful manner were very much appreciated. While viewing properties across the UK over some months, we had some less than favourable experiences with other agents so we were pleased to have purchased our property from an Estate agent who demonstrated that they did ‘Provide a service to both buyers and sellers consistent with fairness, integrity and best practice’ . We would highly recommend Cundalls Estate agents, and Andrew Wood.

GoogleI want to view a property 8 miles away. I'm disabled but can walk with a walker I do not have a car. Cundals response was we can't help you.... It's not what we do! So I can't view this property unless I pay £40 for a taxi. Just yet another act of discrimination. Very disappointing

GoogleThe Malton office of Cundalls handled the recent sale of our late Mothers property & we found them to be very friendly, approachable & professional. Nothing was too much bother, they dealt with all enquires & all pre booked viewings on our behalf. They kept us fully informed from valuation to sale including an update phone call on the day contracts exchanged. We would certainly recommend Cundalls for anyone looking to buy or sell property. GoogleJust checked out their website for residential properties. Out of 112 properties only 13 were actually for sale; the rest being ‘sold’ or ‘under offer’. Less of an estate agent than an episode of Bullseye. “Look what you could have won!”

GoogleWe purchased our new house through Cundalls and they were brilliant. From the first viewing to the day we got the keys, nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the office were always friendly and helpful. We’d like to give a special thanks to Andrew at Cundalls, he went the extra mile in our purchase to ensure it went without a hitch. Hope to deal with the team at Malton Cundalls again in the future.

GoogleHaving sold our house approx 1 year ago in lockdown , moved into a rental property for approx 7 months and then purchasing our new house in June this year all through Cundalls agents in the Pickering & Malton offices, i have to say that the staff at Cundalls were exceptional and faultless in their professionalism and delivery of service and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention has to go to Judith & Amanda in the Pickering office for helping sell our old property and for being instrumental in securing our new property, without their help we would still be looking for a new home and also special mention to Vicky in the Malton office for arranging our interim rental property. Credit where credit is due and in my opinion the staff at Cundalls set the standard for others to try to achieve and i look forward to dealing with Cundalls in the future.

GoogleThe staff here went out of their way to get my house sale through as smoothly as possible. The sales brochure was well done and my input was included. Andrew Wood was excellent at tying the sale together and he works with local firms to achieve this.
