GooglePoor communication throughout, it fell to us to establish - weeks later -why we were not featuring on Rightmove following the withdrawal of an offer. Communication around updating the advert with new photographs also poor. I don't usually write reviews but this one was necessary.

GoogleRented property through Cumbrian Properties, complained about damp throughout the house for 12months ! Nothing done ! Ended up moving out then they questioned about mold in house , keeping some of the deposit! Would not recommend this company to anyone .

GoogleSue was more than helpful from start to finished throughout this process. I was in desperate need of a property due to relocating to the area and Sue went above and beyond to help me get this sorted. Everyone in their office is lovely and a mention to Alex who did the viewing also she was lovely and put me at ease! Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!

GoogleMia and her team at Cumbrian Properties have been amazing since moving in last year (just before Christmas). The whole process was quick and easy and managed to get me moved into the property in such a short space of time. The team has also been fantastic with any maintenance issues and resolved them within a matter of days. I was also deployed overseas for 6 months, I got in contact and they have been amazing during my time away, they have checked on the house and kept me informed if they’ve needed to enter the property. Communication has been excellent, and they have always replied back the same day either by email or over the phone. During my time away I had some issues with finances, due to scammers. I managed to get in touch with Mia while overseas and explained my situation. Once again I couldn’t fault this team. They helped me through the process. Which was resolved quickly with my bank. Overall, they have been amazing and I want to thank them for everything they have done. I cannot thank you enough. Keep up the good work.
