We have just agreed both a sale and purchase through Cumbrian Properties. From initial viewing to offer acceptance, and at the same time having our own property valued, advertised, viewed and then sold, took only 10 working days. We are delighted with the outcome and thank Karen and her team for a job well done

Joe, Karen and Hayden were all great in the process of us selling and buying a house (currently just finishing signing contracts etc). Made it simple, straight forward and fairly stress free (as stress free as it can be 😀) Would highly recommend! …

Our impending move from Australia to England has been made so much easier by Sarah D's communication and willingness to help us. Securing a rental in England while still living in Australia could have been very stressful, but Sarah has made it easy and straight forward. I'm so grateful.

We have had a great experience selling with Cumbrian Properties. Hayden and Karen, excelled through the whole process, where we had a house to sell with high demand for that property. We feel we reached a fair price in efficient way and the we think the end fee with Cumbrian Properties was outstanding value, for the professional work they put in on our behalf. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We have used Cumbrian Properties lettings services for a long time to rent out a house. In all those years they have always been 5⭐️ the staff always keep you in the loop with tenants, issues, gas/electrical certificates etc. The ladies are worth their weight in gold and provide an excellent service from the lettings through to their maintenance department. They have now just dealt with the sale and cannot complain about any of that, competitive pricing and once again an excellent service. Thanks ladies for all your hard work.

So… we contacted Julie on a Friday afternoon at short notice to view a property. She contacted Jodie who changed her movements to show us the property the following day. Jodie told us everything we needed to know about the property. We then made an offer to Sarah who was excellent and after a price adjustment, a fair deal done in less than 72 hours. Professional, responsive with no messing about. Top drawer service from them all. P&M👍

When I initially moved to the area, they assisted me with finding a house. After 2 years, the landlord was selling the property I was renting but Cumbrian Properties were very helpful and found a new property for me to move into straight away. They have been very helpful with everything. Special thanks to Maria who assisted me with both houses.
