I have been looking for a property for a year, so have dealt with Alex, Jill and Rebecca at Cumbrian properties. The communication has always been prompt, their service is very personable and they have worker very hard to make negotiations and appointments for me. I feel they deserve 5 stars based on their service, and I would certainly recommend them as an agent. Thank you, all!

I have used Cumbrian Properties ago to rent out a property then I recently started re-letting it again using the 2 Jackies at the Penrith Office who are a dream to work with - friendly , approachable, and very efficient with excellent communication. I have also heard back from the tenant that they were also very pleased with the way they were treated , which is also really important

I was very happy about how Cumbrian Properties, and in particular Karen, looked after me when I purchased a property through them. This was the first time I had bought a property on my own, and Karen was very supportive. The whole process went very smoothly, and was as stress free as it possibly could be.

This is our first time selling a property so we were unsure how it was going to go, but everyone that has been involved in the selling of my home have been brilliant, & my home sold within 2 weeks of being on the market, that's credit to all involved.

Absolutely recommend Cumbrian Properties in Penrith. Jackie M was so accepting, friendly and professional when we arrived to the UK, not certain of the property rules and laws. The entire team was quick and professional and found us a property fairly quickly, which we will always be appreciative of. Thanks to both Jackie's and the team, we will always recommend you.
