GoogleOur house sold in the first week. Cumbrian Properties offered an efficient service at a good price - conveyancing was part of the package. Karen McCarthy was conscientious and courteous throughout. At each stage of the process she kept us informed as to the progress of the sale and liaised effectively with all parties involved.

GoogleSusan was absolutely brilliant and saved the day, helping me find a rental at very short notice. Very personable and I was able to view and secure property within hours of my phoning. Call back promptly and thus far have provided a quick and courteous service.

GoogleCumbrian properties were marvellous in our house purchase. All went smoothly. We had two viewings one with Doug and one with Dave both of whom were really nice guys helpful and patient and willing to wait around while we had a good look. Gemma was warm, friendly and helpful took our offer and handled the communication between ourselves and the seller efficiently helping us to address issues and keeping us informed. Pleased with the service provided.

GoogleConnor and the team were very helpful and proactive when I found an ideal property. It was daunting due to my circumstances (having had major spinal surgery so on benefits for now, and whilst recovering being offered employment as a HCA) However, Connor was reassuring and spoke to my prospective landlady, there was no judgements and both Connor and my landlady were great. I am now in a lovely little place next to he hospital where I can see me staying whilst I go for my nurse training. There were some estate agents didnt even bother replying back to me and some just shut me down quickly because I didnt fulfill the criteria, keeping me (and others) technically homeless. Cumberland Properties worked around that and saw the bigger picture of my situation. Thanks guys, happy to recommend.

GoogleAmazing service from cumbrian properties! Gemma was the main person we dealt with through out buying our first home. She has been so great, giving us advice and nothing we asked her was to much to find out. Never had to chase them here they always kept us up to date with the sale. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleIt's my first time renting a property. Had a wonderful experience with Cumbrian Properties and people working there. Jodie is a great person to work with, always helpful and patient with all my questions and I had a lot of them. If I'm going to have to change house in the distant future, definitely will look for one with this agency.

GoogleWe can't thank the staff at Cumbrian Properties enough for the help and consideration they gave in the purchase of our bungalow. We were treated at every stage with courtesy and encouragement and were greatly assisted with negotiating our bid for the property and arriving at a prompt and a satisfactory conclusion of the deal - very much to our considerable relief at the time! In particular we would wish to express our thanks to Gemma Irving and her colleagues for their hard work in this regard while always presenting a cheerful and optimistic outlook to maintain our spirits. Finally, when asked for any suggestion as to a suitable firm to undertake the conveyancing, the recommendation we received was to engage Bannister Bates. This was indeed excellent advice and due mainly to the redoubled efforts of Emma Carmon we were able secure the preferred completion date, which proved crucial in the final stages.
