GoogleThe recent sale of our house was professionally and proactively handled by David Hogarth and Sasha Earl. David made himself available both on an evening or weekend if necessary. Sasha was equally professional and on hand to answer any queries or update us accordingly. We would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties.

GoogleMy husband and I recently made the quantum leap and moved to Cumbria. The purchase of our chosen property was expertly and sensitively handled by Karen McCarthy (Senior Sales Negotiator) for Cumbrian Properties (Penrith Office). Cumbrian Properties were highly professional throughout. The property details were well presented and nothing was too much trouble for Karen McCarthy, who demonstrated exceptional due diligence when asked to obtain additional information which was important for us during the decision making process. Congratulations to Cumbrian Properties and their Senior Sales Negotiator, Karen McCarthy - Who smile when they go the extra mile!

GoogleThey say moving and selling houses is a very stressful time ,I for one am not going to argue That is why I was very pleased that Karen and her team at Cumbrian properties were there to make things a little easier for me.. Whenever any problem arose they tried to solve it without even telling me there was something wrong..They gave me the support that I needed during the" darker" times. Karen answered all my many questions in a very professional, practical yet not in a confusing way- I would certainly recommend Cumbrian properties to any one who is considering either selling or purchasing a property.
