GoogleCan’t recommend Cumbrian properties enough. Susan was absolutely brilliant. She helped us through a stressful move from Kent to Cumbria during Covid. She was so helpful answering all our calls and emails and dealt with everything so quickly so we could get our tenancy started. Can’t thank her enough for all she did.

Louise Birkett couldn't have been more helpful and delightful - going out of her way to answer my numerous questions (many fairly technical) on a couple of properties as well as about the local area. GoogleI recently sold a domestic property via Cumbrian Properties. I wondered if a buyer would be found given the pandemic and economic slow down. But a steady stream of viewers were found, Cumbrian Properties organised the viewings and a buyer was found. Excellent. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved. I was very pleased by the recommendation of a solicitor, they too were very efficient and professional. All very good and stress free.

GoogleWe have used Cumbrian properties numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed. Which is the reason for us using this company to sell our property again. I must say on this occasion despite the ongoing difficulties that many are facing due to covid19 it has been no different. Here are a team of working professionals, that "think outside of the box" to continue to provide a high level of service. Staff are on hand to answer any queries and to point you in the right direction in relation to the buying and selling of properties. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact other estate agents to view properties and have found this near on impossible to get to speak with anyone. Most times it has just been an automated service. GoogleFantastic experience dealing with Cumbrian Properties and especially Gemma Irving. Gemma couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried during a stressful house purchase. She went above and beyond dealing with our poor solicitors and kept us calm when we were at our wits end. What we really appreciated was her wiilingness to try and resolve issues, doing things that others should've been doing and weren't to keep things moving. She always did what she said she would, finding things out, chasing people and always phoning back and keeping us informed when she said she would. Our purchase would've taken much longer without her on the case. I would thoroughly recomend cumbrian properties whether buying or selling as if Gemma is anything to go buy you will get 5 star customer service. Thank you Gemma, we are happily now unpacking boxes. GoogleI have rented my local property over a 10 year period, using 3 different Estate agents, due to the unprofessional incompetence of the first 2 used. During this period it was placed on sale for two 6 month periods without success. In desperation, I moved yet again, this time to Cumbrian, who were a breath of fresh air. They are led by a dynamic, proactive Director and staffed by helpful and experienced staff who respond immediately to all queries. After only 6 weeks the house was sold. I would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone wishing to rent or sell their house

From the initial enquiry about valuation, to the sale of our own property, through to buying another property with them, the staff were always on hand to answer any queries we had and support us in any decisions needing made. We particularly wish to thank Liam Irving who took superb photos of our property when putting it on the market, and Gemma Irving, who helped push the move along, ensuring we were able to be in our lovely new home for Christmas.

Despite our being abroad for pretty much the whole process, Ann kept us fully in touch.
