GoogleWe have just purchased a property which was marketed by Cumbrian Properties in Penrith. The support that Karen and Louise provided was excellent. They were very helpful with arranging for us to view the house. During the sale process they ensured that progress was being made, despite the solicitors being very busy. The experience contrasts with our previous experience of estate agent support, which can be distinctly underwhelming!

GoogleI must say from the moment I met Jackie I felt very confident to have her as my estate agent. Very professional good chat and she knew the ins and outs for every question I was asking. Kathryn, very friendly and professional took a care of us from the beginning to end. We had a slight difficult case with the vendor but Kathryn was there to help all the way. Thank you. One thing I can give as an advice if you have a potential customer the agency needs to be a bit more accommodating with customers travelling long distances for a viewing. Other than that 5 star agency and members of stuff. Very highly recommended.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleFrom start to finish Cumbrian properties dealt with the sale of my house efficiently and professional. Liam was friendly and professional when he first came to value the house and then when he took photos and details. The house was presented well on the website and looked lovely. During the two weeks it was up to sale the girls at the office where friendly and kept me up to date 100% on viewings and feedback. Offering professional advice when needed, calming our fears and making the overall process as smooth as possible. Liam was professional and knowledgeable, he understood our expectations and was as able to exceed them providing a great deal for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.
