GoogleSusan has been a pleasure to deal with over quite a few years. She is thorough, efficient, and supportive. As well as her prompt responses, I value her for the trust we have developed, and that is rare in any relationship. She has helped steer me through anxious waiting periods, and connect me with good tenants. Thank you Susan, you are a total credit to Cumbrian Properties. I am posting again after another good experience, with Sue Moses in the lead. She is consistent, professional, and supportive, and a pleasure to deal with in getting through what are not always easy times. It is 2 years since I wrote the 1st paragraph above but I can't find how to post a brand new review!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Thank you so much for your kind review Frances. Susan is indeed a credit to our lettings team!
