GoogleThis is my second experience of renting a property with Cumbrian Properties over the last ten years, and the services they provide have remained excellent throughout. The process from viewing, applying for the property and arranging the contract was smooth, quick and efficient. Emma was brilliant at keeping me updated and arranging all paperwork and contracts. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking in the area.

GoogleCumbrian Properties have been fantastic from the very beginning, we were with Strike originally and had the worst experience with them so needed to change. Going from Strike to Cumbrian Properties was the best decision we have made. Emma Ewing and Rebecca Carr have been fantastic throughout the whole process and have sold our house within a few weeks. The buyer they have found us are lovely as well as down to earth people. Would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone. Thank you for such a great service.

GoogleThere is no other estate agent in the area who knows the business better. I have used Cumbrian properties for the last 30 years, having sold at least 10 houses through them, and have purchased a number of houses through them. I have never found fault with any aspect of their business, they are professional, courteous and super efficient. Always keen with their rates and enthusiastic in their work, I have never had a house on the market for more than 4 weeks before they have managed to sell it. Ann has been the most dependable 'go to' member of staff for many years, and she has always given the job 100%, and never fails. I have recommended Cumbrian Properties to many people over the years, they have a great reputation which is well deserved!

GoogleCharged me £408 to not sell my property after having it on the market for 6 months, after I change estate agent I sold with in 1 week. During the process of changing estate agent they tried to tell me it was my fault the property had not sold. There staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid them.

Our property was on Rightmove within 24 hours and sold within 10 days. Louise negotiated the sale and has kept us updated on progress at all times. GoogleAbsolutely spot on from first visit with valuation from Sarah. She impressed me with her clear timescales for listing as well as what I could expect. We were looking for a quick sale and we were not disappointed . 24hrs from handing in paperwork we had secured both our sale and the property we wanted. Louise was a brilliant negotiator and whole office works together as a great team, very efficient service.

They make you feel so welcome nothing is to much trouble. Genuinely took an interest in selling our property and advising us on our options. Would 100% recommend. GoogleBuying a property can be a stressful and time consuming experience, however this was made so easy with the help and advice from Ann Miller at Cumbrian Properties. With Ann's diligence we completed the purchase of our property in two weeks!! We also need to give a shout out to staff at the Penrith office who assisted Ann with viewings and paperwork and saved us a lot of unnecessary travelling. Lastly I would like to mention the solicitors, Bannister Bates Property Lawyers in Morecambe, they worked seamlessly with Ann and ourselves to make this happen in such a short space of time.
