GoogleGreat service! Sarah in the lettings team arranged my tenancy and all of the paperwork within just one week. She took time to explain everything to me as it’s been years since I rented a house. This meant that the whole process was easy, quick and most importantly stress-free (as moving house is stressful enough!)
Thank you for your lovely comments Laura!

GoogleAs a buyer of a property sold by Cumbrian Properties, Ann Miller was very professional and clearly acted in her clients' interests whilst being sensitive to the needs of the buyers! Helpful and communicative, Ann was happy to consider our requests, liaising with her client to achieve a mutually beneficial result. All in all a very satisfying experience.. 🙂

GoogleFirst class service yet again from Cumbrian Properties for their superb expertise and professionalism. Our apartment was let in just a couple of days and another rental property with similar time scale. Couldn't have hoped for anything better! Special thanks to Susan Moses, who made the process so straight forward and always obliging and helpful. Their client communication is second to none and we would thoroughly recommend Cumbrian Properties every time.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFirst time buying a home and the property chosen being sold by Cumbrian Properties. Sarah has been great in assisting us through the process, getting us in contact with a mortgage broker as well as a solicitor. Sarah replied to all of our emails quickly and professionally whilst being very kind and helpful. I would recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone looking to buy!

GoogleBeginning a tenancy with Cumbrian Properties could not have been easier. We have dealt with Susan Moses, who has been fantastic throughout! She has been on hand at all times to answer all of our queries, and has really made us feel like the experience is about the tenant and landlord equally. Sue made the whole process feel really personal and made what can be a very stressful time feel like a breeze, for which we are very grateful. If only she could have helped with the packing! 😉
Thank you for your lovely review Jodie - we will make sure this is passed onto Susan and we are so happy to hear she provided such an excellent service.
