Both times we have had no issues and the communication and quick response from the girls was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and I would like to mention Rebecca who I feel went above and beyond we can’t thank her and the whole team enough! GoogleI have recently found a rental property through Cumbrian Properties and spoke with Sue at the Carlisle office. Throughout the whole application, Sue always kept me up to date with the process and would respond very quickly to any queries. There was an issue with the flat I was due to move in to and she was incredibly helpful, managing to sort out an alternative within a few hours which I am very grateful for. Moving can be stressful, so it makes such a difference to speak with someone who is efficient, friendly and very welcoming.

GoogleCharlotte McGough was acting for the seller of the property we purchased. We had a few small issues and questions before and after our purchase went through. We didn’t really want to bother the sellers after the purchase so I went into the Carlisle office not necessarily expecting answers. each time I went in Charlotte was very helpful and understanding even though neither she nor the sellers were under any obligation to help. I visited about 3 times and each time she either approached and spoke to the sellers or left specific concise messages and we always had our queries answered from her with a smile and a friendly manner that left me feeling nothing was too much trouble and she was always happy to help.
