GoogleCPS homes is very welcoming and were very friendly and attentive, especially as i am a first time renter. However, they assumed that I am a student, and i feel as if this alters the service i'm going to receive- even though i am a professional. There was a bit of trouble sending over guarantor forms. Overall i'm satisfied but would like to urge people to be completely clear and simple with their questions as i feel a bit of misunderstandings have happened.

GoogleCps were very professional compared to other agents I had seen. They only showed me properties that fit my criteria, and when I asked questions they answered to the best of their knowledge. Friendly and welcoming staff, an enjoyable experience. Glad I found a home with cps!

GoogleThe WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Staff are the rudest people I have ever come across. 0 Hours notice on house viewings, with (so far) up to 6 in one day. Break a majority of rules written out in their own contract ( which they also have the pleasure of charging you for) and expect to get away with it because the majority of customers are students. Would not recommend, Find someone that doesn't charge agency fees and will actually look after you.

GoogleCPS were really helpful in finding a house for our final year. Ended up viewing houses and renting one immediately after! My other two housemates are currently on years abroad, and they were very understanding of this, letting us wait a little longer to sign for the house/pay the deposit. They also gave us the option of making requests, e.g. getting rooms painted or stuff changed. Would 100% recommend CPS.

GoogleMyself and my flatmate went to CPS homes to find a flat for our second year of university, as this was a process neither of us has experienced before and found daunting I am glad we went to CPS homes. The staff made the process very simple and explained everything we would need to do in detail and helped us to choose the properties we wanted to view. Very impressive service!

GoogleGreat service, it was quick and easy for us to find a house we liked and we had no troubles in booking appointments and extra appointments for house viewings. It only took us 2 house viewings in one day to find the perfect house for us, which speaks to the company's ability to know and find a perfect suiting home for their clients.

GoogleThe website is designed beautifully and with ease of access to information in mind.I was able to get a real sense what it would be like living in each of the houses I was interested in, even without seeing them in real life. The information they provided was detailed and instrumental in our decision to pick the houses we did. Our agent was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any of the reams of questions we had with ease and confidence. I felt looked after from the moment we got in contact to the moment we signed the deal. I would recommend CPS homes to any of my friends who are in need of a house next year.

GoogleAbsolutely incredible service. Me and my 6 other house mates are booking with them next year as well! The houses were very well presented in the online photographs and although people are living in the houses we viewed, they we all kept tidy and presentable. We look forward to living in our house with CPS in September!

GoogleGreat services with fast paced house viewing arrangements. My friend and I booked the viewing only a day earlier. The properties that we viewed were nice and cosy. We were able to find the right place to rent according to our preferences. The location and rent is very reasonable which is just 5 minutes away from our schools. And thank you Helen for being so friendly and nice! The details are very well explained and all our questions are well answered.

We found our house with you last year and even though we looked with other agents as well this year, we were really hoping that we'd be able to sign with you again. So pleased with our house and the experience we had in the branch. Thanks so much to Tom and Cale for making this a really quick and easy process. GoogleBest service I have had in the 3 years I have been a university student and going through the struggles of finding a place to live. First off, the office itself a great place to be in; comfortable sofa to sit on whilst you are waiting, plenty of other seats in the sofa is too full, and plenty of sweets for any kids there may be. The staff themselves, couldn't ask for better. My advisor has been above and beyond helpful from the very get go till the very end. I would highly recommend CPS Homes to anyone looking for a house to rent or purchase in Cardiff.

GoogleVery welcoming with great service. Our agent was extremely polite to us and took in to account all our questions and query's. Our agent tried to find the best place to live for a bunch of lads and she did just that. My only concern is that I would have liked more time to pay the deposit & agent fees as I didn't know or expect to have had to pay it there and then. For that I've brought my review down to a 4* Overall though great service.
Thank you for your review :) Just to comment on the time factor, we'd love to give groups more thinking time in order to make a decision, but with the level of demand for properties in Cardiff within such a short period of time, many groups are often competing for the same property, so our hands are a little tied, I'm afraid! Glad to have found you something you like :)
