💎 Amy went 1 step further by introducing me to their in house Mortgage Broker (Adam) who was also as good as Amy and gave us the best mortgage offers he could with always ensuring to keep me fully up to date with each time things progressed.
💎 Amy always took my call and returned my call when I needed it, to ensure to provide support where she could with details to anything I did ask for with great negotiation skills on both sides.

GoogleI am quite pleased with the service from Cowell Norford, especially Maisie, who has been extremely responsive and kept me posted throughout the journey of purchasing our house. I booked my first viewing on 1 November and collected the keys on the 19th.
It was a joint effort between the vendor, lender, conveyancer and estate agent, and Maisie made sure she reached out to each party when needed to keep the process moving.

GoogleMy partner and I recently sold our first family home with Cowell Norford Rochdale. It was a very bitter sweet feeling as we loved our home, but the staff down at Cowells made us feel so much better about the whole process. We had a difficult buyer to say the least, however without the help of Maisie, our sales negotiator and Sophie, our sales progressor the process would have been a whole lot worse. No question asked was too stupid, and they always went above what was asked of them. I received daily updates from them, even if there was no real update, they were constantly reassuring me that they were chasing the relevant people to get it over the line as quickly as possible. Selling and buying a house is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and without Maise and Sophie I'm not sure I would have survived it! Thank you so much Maise and Sophie, you were amazing and are a real credit to the business. I wish you all the best in everything you do!

I was using another letting agent but I had nothing but issues.
Dealt with a very nice professional man called Ashley I can't thank him enough. He's made my life so much easier from the moment I spoke to him.
Within 2 hours ashley had everything sorted out. Then within a month I had a Tennant in my property after the other firm having it on the market for months!
