Richard dealt with our sale and helped to move things forward dealing with any queries raised as quickly as possible. We were always kept informed and they were always available to contact. GoogleI’d like to massive thank you to Stepahnie Jones, who has been brilliant through out, we was buying a house from countryside estates and we had a lot of issues with our property and Stephanie went above & beyond to get this sale through, I was very stressed through out and I couldn’t of done it without Stephanie’s help, my agent was useless and Stepahnie did their work for them, I recommend using this estate agents for either selling or buying, I just appreciate the hard work Stepahnie did for us. GoogleWhilst countryside was not acting on our behalf as we was the buyers not the sellers, we still felt as though we were their customers. Cody in particular was dealing with our case and he was always up to date with what was going on in the chain and I always felt that he actually cared about getting everything done ASAP. Couldn’t recommend them enough, very easy to get hold of and would always respond to emails within the day. GoogleDecided to sell two houses February 2020 and move into a single new build, completely unaware of the lock down heading in our collective direction.
