GoogleDecided to sell two houses February 2020 and move into a single new build, completely unaware of the lock down heading in our collective direction. Well August 2020 we moved into our new home, we cannot praise the team (Natalie, Cody) enough, sold both properties by the second viewing in early March then navigated the various rules and regulations imposed by the government so that when lock down ended we progressed to completion as quickly as possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI’d like to massive thank you to Stepahnie Jones, who has been brilliant through out, we was buying a house from countryside estates and we had a lot of issues with our property and Stephanie went above & beyond to get this sale through, I was very stressed through out and I couldn’t of done it without Stephanie’s help, my agent was useless and Stepahnie did their work for them, I recommend using this estate agents for either selling or buying, I just appreciate the hard work Stepahnie did for us. Thank you Kayleigh & AlanPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWhilst countryside was not acting on our behalf as we was the buyers not the sellers, we still felt as though we were their customers. Cody in particular was dealing with our case and he was always up to date with what was going on in the chain and I always felt that he actually cared about getting everything done ASAP. Couldn’t recommend them enough, very easy to get hold of and would always respond to emails within the day. I will definitely be using them if and when we come to sell our house in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe had the pleasure of having Countryside Estates on our recent move. Our experience was simply brilliant. Like all moves, the process was not without many challenges and Richard and and the team at Countryside Estates were there every step of the way, instantly available and creating solutions to overcome problems to keep everything on track. Our move simply would not have happened without their input. Cannot recommend highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
