We have been extremely pleased we selected Countryside Estates especially as they came recommended by an acquaintance. When our first buyer lost their buyer, Countryside were quick to market the property again and within two days found our current buyer with whom we have now exchanged and completing in two days. They have always been available when we phoned them and if Joe was not available Albert Richard and Tom were always there to look after us. In particular, Albert went above and beyond to help us and satisfy our every need. Albert is a superb representative of Countryside Estates and we wish him al the very best for the future.

I have recently used Countryside Estates for the sale of my property. I found Stephanie to be very professional from the outset. I also felt confident to leave Stephanie and the team to carry out viewings when I was not present. Stephanie was our agent and she was brilliant from start to finish and really made the home buying experience as straightforward as she could for us. She kept all of her promises, remained in regular contact throughout the process and went above and beyond her day job to ensure the move went as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. The firm in general was very professional, returned all calls and emails in a timely manner and did whatever they could to help when needed. We worked with Richard from Countryside estates who was acting on behalf of the sellers, whom we were buying from. Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with and is an incredible asset to Countryside estates. He always persevered throughout any obstacles that stood in the way and was instrumental in resolving any delays that were caused by others. His knowledge, passion & drive is what allowed us to move in before Christmas and complete at the time that we did. Had it not been for Richard I believe the process could have continued beyond our desired moving date.
