GoogleJoe, Albert, and the team at Countryside Estates helped us with the sale of our property and were great to deal with throughout. Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. They kept us updated when needed and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d happily recommend them!!

GoogleWe have been extremely pleased we selected Countryside Estates especially as they came recommended by an acquaintance. When our first buyer lost their buyer, Countryside were quick to market the property again and within two days found our current buyer with whom we have now exchanged and completing in two days. They have always been available when we phoned them and if Joe was not available Albert Richard and Tom were always there to look after us. In particular, Albert went above and beyond to help us and satisfy our every need. Albert is a superb representative of Countryside Estates and we wish him al the very best for the future.

GoogleI have recently used Countryside Estates for the sale of my property. I found Stephanie to be very professional from the outset. I also felt confident to leave Stephanie and the team to carry out viewings when I was not present. Natalie was very helpful in negotiating the sale price and once the offer was accepted Stephanie kept me updated on all progress and helped to move the sale forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Countryside Estates.

GoogleI had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience. However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing. I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.

GoogleStephanie from Countryside Estates helped myself and my partner compete the purchase of our first home and her help from start to finish was invaluable. Stephanie was very responsive to emails/calls and helped with any queries (no matter how minor) that we had. Unfortunately, for us our solicitors were incredibly poor and so Stephanie went above and beyond to help facilitate communications between us and the sellers to move things along. It was an especially nice touch that Stephanie presented us with some flowers upon completion and a follow up call the next day to check we had settled in ok. Stephanie was professional thorough out and we would highly recommend her and countryside estates to anyone looking to buy/sell a house without hesitation.
