GoogleVery poor service , never return calls and no body knows what going on between the “team”. Extremely disappointed when trying to arrange number of viewing and hearing nothing back at all. Would not recommend. I would not trust them with my property as the service is not good.

GoogleIf you see another talk by Concentric advertised anywhere, then go. You will find it very informative. i went to my first event this month at Novotel and learned a lot of up to date regs on lettings. If you can not go, check out their many video talks on You Tube, very informative.

GoogleAppalling company, don't touch them with a bargepole. They use 'handymen' and pass them off as proper tradesmen with extortionate costs. They installed a new boiler which was later condemned as they didn't seal the flue. They also used a second hand lock for a door repair and charged me £325 for a new one plus £65 per hour x 3 hours costs for the handyman posing as a locksmith. Absolutely extortion. They also charged me a whole year's agency fees for terminating their contract which was over £1200. Beware at your peril, you will pay for it.....NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAs a landlord I have used the Concentric 'let only' service 5 times over last 5 years. Letting properties is not easy & can be a minefield, I have found the service good value for money & my continued use of this agent says all you need to know.

GoogleJake Forzani I would like to express my gratitude to this young man who exercised humility on me. He has an eye, heart to pick up distress and hopelessness and work above professionalism to help me. My words will never be enough and l am thankful to this young man who did amazing, unthinkable, immeasurable acts of kindness towards me. My family is very thankful for helping. And thank God this young is the testimony of a few good people in the housing market. Thank you Jake. Am proud of you.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThank you to Charlotte at Concentric for helping us with finding our new home! The whole process was made easy - from viewing the property to picking up the keys. GoogleI had an appointment with this agency which they confirmed the viewing the day before with a text. And I drove 2 hours to the property I was booked to view. I arrived there 20min earlier to not miss my appointment and 15min before the Time of the appointment, I received a call from the agency saying they have cancelled my appointment. I asked why and she became rude and difensive. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Very unprofessionalNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAs a property professional of multiple properties, I use Concentric Sales & Lettings to Fully Manage my portfolio. I have used their Services for the last 7 years & have been delighted with the level of expertise shown by their staff, both in the ‘Sales & Lettings’ and ‘Property Management’ offices. Always available when I need to query anything - Preet & Tina ( in Sales / Lettings ) & Farhan & Tanya ( in Property Management), time & again effortlessly take the stress & pain out of what can often be a very trying & difficult industry to navigate. Many thanks to them all for succeeding & I would have no hesitation in recommending the Services of Concentric Sales & Lettings to any first time or established Landlord.

GoogleI went to their Landlord seminar a few days back and must admit that it has been one of most educational seminars, I have attended. To give out so much information to landlords without charging a penny is admirable. The knowledge that the staff has, namely Dawn Bennett and Ali Durrant, about the property market, legislation Sales & lettings was extraordinary. There's no doubt that I will be using this Agency, one I acquire properties in and around Wolverhampton.
