GoogleI'd had my property on the market for 2 years with one of the larger estate agents and very little interest being shown. After a meeting with Funsho and seeing his enthusiasm to market my property I decided to give him a shot at it. With his 0 week contract I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Between Funsho and Teodora they arranged an open day and created a 'buzz' about the property. We had a constant stream of people for most of the day and ended up with 3 offers on the table within 48 hours. Each offer was assessed for its pro's and cons and the Darams team were in constant communication during the sale process. Needless to say I will be using Darams again next time to save me wasting anymore time and I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleLisa and Tony made themselves readily available throughout the process of readying the property, sourcing appropriate tenants and then having them on-boarded. They have been pro-active with their communications and also scheduled weekly calls to discuss progress during the vacant period. They managed the sub contractors effectively and sourced acceptable quotes essentially removing a lot of the pain associated with being a remote Landlord.

They were helpful with all the processes of our application, they promptly reply to our questions and mails, and they have always been available when needed. Information were clear and provided as expected. I would definitely contact them again in the future and I strongly advise on doing the same.

GoogleSaw a propriety after messaging them, messaged a few days after about reserving it, they called me in the agency, there the guy continued talking on the phone on speaker for over 5minutes after I walked in to tell me after that it's too much effort for him to send me a contract over before paying anything.

GoogleLeft numerous message yet no reply, made me complete a form in order proceed, then ignored my messages (collecting marketing data?) Contacted head office who sent two messages to the Coventry branch but again no reply. The office secretary kept addressing me by my surname for some reason. Its 2021 - do we need to complete so many forms for a viewing. Glad other estate agents have moved with the times.
