I have recently rented out my house through Concentric Lettings, Coventry which has been an incredibly smooth and painless process! The house was let within a few days, but most importantly, the communication from them has been great, and now that tenants are in place the team at Concentric have been super-proactive in dealing with any management issues and keeping me informed. I would certainly recommend speaking to them if you are renting out your house, or looking to rent somewhere yourself.

I Recently rented through Concentric and was very impressed with how professional i was treated throughout the process. I had had viewed quite a few places though other bigger known estate agents and not got a good feeling from the younger folk who gave me viewings (from just plain not ringing you back for viewings to the sense of they couldn't be asked to be there showing around) I'm not saying that goes for all young people though. Tony who showed me around was very accommodating and i got a good feeling from him. I suppose i could have asked a couple of key questions when viewing the property and didn't as i forgot but that's just down to not renting for nearly ten years. I know you have to pay for fees and there is no getting around it........but the inventory print out £75 made me chuckle. Everybody has to make money ! On the whole i would recommend Concentric Lettings.

We recently used the services of Concentric Lettings in renting of two properties. Lisa and Tony treated us and our inquiry, very professionally and made our life much easier. They've done the referencing and all the paperwork very quickly and their fees were the cheapest from all the agencies what we've tried before. You can always rely on Lisa and Tony not just because they have the Concentric Lettings behind them, whith it's testimonials, but they are really good ambassadors for the company. I am very pleased with the overall outcome of renting a room via Concentric Lettings. The service was good, but I do think they could of been a bit more informative with the progress of paperwork and arrangements. I entered satisfactory for quality which I believe is accurate as the room I am renting isn't anything special but it is a nice space to be in. I would definitely recommend Concentric to anyone who is looking to rent as they are in a very good price range and good benefits too!

TERRIBLE correspondence from the main office who deal with returning deposits. I have not been contacted ONCE regarding when my deposit will be returned but instead I have been calling endlessly and being given the run arounds for about a month and have still not been returned my deposit. Disappointing because I had a lovely experience with Lucy who initially helped me with securing the property.

Renting a property through Concentric Coventry. Were very helpful, guided me through the process, and dealt with minor issues well as they came up. Repairs took a little while to be completed on initial snagging but were done. No complaints and the up front fees were less than a lot of cometitors. Would definately rent through them again.

Very Poor I Viewed a property that required renovating last week. I put an offer in and did not hear a thing back. I was hoping to bid again but there was no feed back at all. Very put off won`t be using them again. The property in question has now sold so a missed chance.
