GoogleVery disappointed to be fair as they don't explain everything to your from the very start and they need more training them selfs in customer services as homelet are very friendly and concentric propertys are not as friendly as should be.

GoogleThis is an appaling, poorly managed business, it survives on robbing people of deposit moneys. I am working man 43,with x2 teenage children who stop with me weekends, dont drink, very private professional person, yet these degraded me numerous occassions. £1000 pound aweek wage, yet i wasnt good enough 4 a property i applied for. I would seriously gice these a thought b4 u let from them.

Hi Michael, I am sorry you felt the need to write this review however as we discussed last week, the referencing company we use couldn’t verify the income. That being said they did offer a solution which would have seen us reach a resolution and progress the application had you taken the advice as oppose to withdraw from the process. Should you wish to continue, I would be more than happy to help. Feel free to contact me anytime - ali@concentricproperty.co.uk

GoogleDISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST! The agent refused to conduct a viewing after seeing that we were black. The agent was waiting for us outside the house, but fasten her seat belt once we came and ran off asking us to rebook. I called to rebook and was told we were looking intimidating

GoogleGreat experience, from our first communication with Supna who has maintained outstanding communication throughout and helped with all queries and Lucy who completed all of the administration of the process seemlessly. Clear process, good communication, great team. Thankyou

GoogleI have attended 2 webinars with Ali Durrant and Dawn Bennett and found them very informative and professionally led. Ali and Dawn both are knowledgeable and know their areas very well. I have attended numerous webinars and watched many YouTube videos aimed at aspiring landlords or those at the start of their career and I have found none as informative as these. Thank you guys. Now, please find me a nice investment property! :-) Shaad Dhillon
