Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1st time buyer, was really anxious about the whole process, but Dan made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly, was always there when I had questions, and genuinely went above and beyond. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage!

GoogleI attended the quarterly update last night on the conference call. As a local landlord I found the content was relevant and excellent. It prompted a lot of interactions with the folks attending which was encouraging. Dawn wasn't well with a head cold but carried on regardless for the full two hours. It was my first time on one of these calls but it most certainly won't be my last and I highly recommend it to fellow landlords.

GoogleI recently had a disappointing experience with a Concentric Sales and Letting, which I feel compelled to share to warn others. After finding a rental property I was excited about, I paid a substantial deposit along with one month’s rent in advance, believing I was securing the place. However, shortly after completing the payment, I was informed that the property had already been rented out to someone else, despite their earlier assurances that it was available. To make matters worse, I was left without any refund for the deposit or the rent I had paid. It was an incredibly distressing situation, and I felt completely taken advantage of. My experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering working with Concentric Sales and Letting. I strongly encourage potential renters to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as my situation illustrates the risk of losing both money and trust. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help others avoid similar pitfalls.

We have written to you and your partner and have called but you are refusing to speak with us. We cannot help you further if you do not come back to us. GoogleI had a terrible experience with Concentric Sales and Letting. After paying a deposit and one month's rent in advance, they informed me that the property was rented to someone else and I lost my money. This company operates unethically and may scam you like I was. Please be cautious and do your research before engaging with them!

Very disappointed from this agency All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that

GoogleInitially seemed very professional. However, as time went on their central team seemed to become complacent and cost us thousands of pounds in voids due to taking their eye off the ball.
