GoogleAbsolutely exceptional service from Coast & Country, we genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After being sadly let down by another local estate agent, we were understandably left feeling disappointed and lacking confidence in the process of selling our home. That all changed when we got in touch with Callum at Coast & Country. Callum has genuinely been worth his weight in gold to us. From the very beginning, his communication and that of his team was beyond exceptional. What meant the most to us was just how attentive, understanding and supportive he was throughout our difficult circumstances. He took the time to listen, understand our situation and always made us feel that our needs genuinely mattered. His advice and opinions were honest, professional and always felt like they were given with our best interests at heart. After our previous experience, it was incredibly refreshing to feel that we could finally trust an estate agent again. He gave us back the confidence we had lost in selling our home and made us feel that we were in safe hands. We were also incredibly impressed by the amount of time and care he and his team put into each viewing. Nothing ever felt rushed. They took the time to properly showcase our home, answer questions and make sure every potential buyer received the attention they deserved. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, and given our circumstances, having someone as attentive, compassionate and professional as Callum supporting us made such a huge difference. We are actually quite sad that our communication with him and the team has now come to an end, a sentence we never thought we would say. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and although we are hoping to settle for quite some time in our new home, we would 100% recommend them to our friends and family. If you’re considering selling your home, we would wholeheartedly recommend Coast & Country. And if you have the opportunity to work with Callum, you really couldn’t be in better hands. GoogleBest estate agents we've ever dealt with! We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout. We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance. From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant. Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion. After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country. We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

GoogleExceptional service from Coast and country. They soon secured a sale within a volatile market. Viewings were always attended with knowledgeable staff with good sales experience and all had previously acquainted themselves with the property, a key element in my opinion when selling, unlike the previous "big name" agent that sent clueless people that didn't even know which room they were in and having to look at the brochure. We were kept updated by Callum throughout the process and found him to very professional and courteous. Well done 👍

GoogleAVIOD AT ALL COSTS buying Just after taking your money very greedy very poor communication aviod at all cost To clarify your response: This is about the misrepresentation of the property. You marketed and sold this as a 5-bedroom house to a vulnerable elderly buyer, when it is legally only a 3-bedroom house. The loft area you advertised as bedrooms has no legal approval and is in a dangerous state of collapse. Your '5-star commitment' was nowhere to be found when a senior citizen was being sold a structurally failing building under a false description. Prospective buyers should be extremely cautious: do not rely on this agency’s description of 'bedrooms' without verifying the legal and structural status yourself. They sold a home that was not what it was claimed to be.
You have now posted this for a third time. This time with more detail so we can now identify you and respond to the issue you are concerned about. This issue has also been raised on a different account so I am posting a similar response. Following your formal complaint, we provided a detailed response outlining our understanding of the situation. We recognise that you did not agree with our conclusions, which is why we suggested referring the matter to The Property Ombudsman. They would have been able to offer an independent review and provide clarity for all parties involved. While we respect your decision not to pursue this option, we believe it would have been a helpful way to reach a clear, impartial and definitive outcome. We can only speculate on why you decided to continue renew your one star reviews rather seek a formal resolution. I draw your attention this time, to our new 5 star reviews, demonstrating our continued commitment to service and resolving any issues that do occur. Negative reviews are important, they help in creating a genuine picture of what we do. A business with nothing but five star reviews always makes me a little suspicious. I hope our responses are also useful to those reading them and show that we do care. Although we strive to do so, we can never please all the people all the time. We do however remain sorry that this reviewer is not happy, that is never the outcome we are looking for. Response last time this review was posted You posted this review just over six months ago and have reposted today. There does however appear to be some confusion because we do not hold or take monies from buyers. Our numerous 5 star reviews demonstrate our commitment to service and resolving any issues that do arise. You have not contacted us to elaborate on any issues you have so we have been unable to address them. 6 Months ago Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are not happy. We can't identify you or understand the issue you are describing. We do not charge buyers, so I don't believe we have taken your money.
