ALMOST bought a house from them but REALLY wanted to! I was meant to write this review LAST YEAR but completely spaced on it! I wanted to give Coast & Country, and in particular Callum our warmest recommendation! We initially started our first home journey towards the end of 2023 and Callum was our point of contact for our very first viewing. As it happened, we hadn’t a clue what we were doing but Callum listened to our wants and needs and guided us through some next steps including solicitors and a mortgage advisor and pointed us in the direction of the most fantastic team ever. Callum then found us our dream house and we were sold instantly, bought the house, but due to unfortunate circumstances, the house fell through and we were back to square one. Callum did everything to find us an alternative property but we were completely crushed until we found our next dream house and I was gutted that it wasn’t with C&C as we only trusted Callum to sell us a house! As perfectly as everything planned out for us in securing the house we always wanted, we really wish that it was listed with Coast & Country and will more than likely look to sell/buy through them before going anywhere else moving forward. Somewhere else sold us the home we wanted in the end, but Callum sold us our dream and a team we needed for our first purchase and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he did! You have not seen the last of us, and we recommend you all to everyone we know looking to purchase! :-D

Cynics would say, 'Well they gave a good report only because they sold their house.' Well, that may be true for some, and yes, they did sell our home, but we can accurately say that throughout the process, we were treated with the utmost respect & professionalism by everyone in Coast & Country. Callum and his team, including Zoe & Charlotte, kept us fully informed at every twist & turn. With questions asked & answered quickly for us and our buyers, making matters as painless as possible. We have just moved to the area from Hampshire, Coast & Country were excellent. We had to see several houses in a short period of time. Tom and Callum showed us around a couple of properties, they were very professional, engaging and personable. Absolute leaps and bounds ahead of other agents who showed us properties. They were also very helpful in dealing with the offer and following stages. During the later stages of the process, Karen was absolutely brilliant and supported us by helping manage all processes and elements. It would have taken us a lot longer and been a lot more stressful if it wasn’t her help and advice. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Cannot fault the service we were given. Coast and Country took on my flat after we had failed to sell it with other local estate agents. It was a very small sale, but they made us feel just as important as any other customer. When we got the pictures done of the flat, Callum was extremely thoughtful and took so much care in making the place look as good as possible and even came back on a different day to get the outside picture on a sunny day! We also purchased through C&C at the same time and the experience was just as outstanding. Any queries were quickly answered, and I didn't ever feel like I was being pushed aside or lied to like other estate agents in the past. I felt like the Callum, Tom and the rest of the team actually cared about our sale and purchase, and wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can only say how grateful I am for Coast and Country's work. I will absolutely be using them again.

Very impressed with Coast & Country estate agents in Newton Abbot. Callum was our contact for the sale of our house and he is excellent at his job, friendly and helpful. The high quality photos and virtual tour looked very professional and we were able to agree a sale in record time. Everything was done very promptly from taking the photos and getting the listing published online to providing feedback from viewings. Coast and country sold our house in the summer of 2023. We were incredibly impressed with the service that Darren, Tom, Callum and the whole team provided us. I can't recommend Coast and Country highly enough. I purchased my property through Callum, and so when it came to selling it 4 years later it was a no brainer to contact him again. The process from making the initial contact to getting the valuation done, photos and videos completed and it on the market was so much quicker than I expected. It then sold in 2 weeks!! I cannot fault the level of service and friendliness from everyone I dealt with at Coast and Country. Nothing was every too much and they went above and beyond to complete the transaction. Callum is the only member of staff I have met face-to-face and he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He will certainly be my go to if we decide sell up again! My wife and I have just Exchanged on our house sale through Coast & Country. It was a long journey. The housing market generally was rocky and house prices were not stable. We have been impressed with the whole Coast & Country Team - Mike Griffiths, Ashley Mathews, Callum Hawkins and Courtney Sparks. We received a very personalised service. Right from the beginning we felt Callum understood 'where we were coming from' and importantly, appreciated the changes in our thinking, both in relation to the home we were selling and the kind of properties we were interested in buying. Getting to Exchange was quite tortuous on occasions but Coast & Country hung on in there throughout - listened to us, offered advice, stayed on message and kept calm.
