GoogleWe recently sold our house through Coast and Country estate agents and thoroughly recommend them. Mike’s valuation was spot on- ensuring a flurry of viewings, quickly securing a ‘proceedable’ buyer and an offer very close to asking price was negotiated. Our chain was complicated and at times fragile but Callum and Ashley deftly navigated it for us. The whole team was professional and proactive throughout.

As first time buyers, they were professional, polite and made the whole process easy due to not having any previous knowledge on property purchasing. From start to finish Callum has supported us all the way and has been so helpful! GoogleThis was our final viewing before completion on Wednesday, and once again a brilliant viewing. We arrived to all the lights on, Callum had already accessed the loft to ensure the sellers items were gone, and he was really informative on info when we arrive ie taking metre readings etc. Thank you to each and everyone of you who had made this slightly terrifying experience of being first time buying so relaxed, and being at the end of the phone whenever we have needed you.
