Best estate agents we've ever dealt with! We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout. We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance. From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant. Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion. After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country. We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Exceptional service from Coast and country. They soon secured a sale within a volatile market. Viewings were always attended with knowledgeable staff with good sales experience and all had previously acquainted themselves with the property, a key element in my opinion when selling, unlike the previous "big name" agent that sent clueless people that didn't even know which room they were in and having to look at the brochure. After being sadly let down by another local estate agent, we were understandably left feeling disappointed and lacking confidence in the process of selling our home. That all changed when we got in touch with Callum at Coast & Country. Callum has genuinely been worth his weight in gold to us. From the very beginning, his communication and that of his team was beyond exceptional. What meant the most to us was just how attentive, understanding and supportive he was throughout our difficult circumstances. Well, that may be true for some, and yes, they did sell our home, but we can accurately say that throughout the process, we were treated with the utmost respect & professionalism by everyone in Coast & Country. ALMOST bought a house from them but REALLY wanted to! I was meant to write this review LAST YEAR but completely spaced on it! I wanted to give Coast & Country, and in particular Callum our warmest recommendation! We initially started our first home journey towards the end of 2023 and Callum was our point of contact for our very first viewing. As it happened, we hadn’t a clue what we were doing but Callum listened to our wants and needs and guided us through some next steps including solicitors and a mortgage advisor and pointed us in the direction of the most fantastic team ever. Callum then found us our dream house and we were sold instantly, bought the house, but due to unfortunate circumstances, the house fell through and we were back to square one. Callum did everything to find us an alternative property but we were completely crushed until we found our next dream house and I was gutted that it wasn’t with C&C as we only trusted Callum to sell us a house! As perfectly as everything planned out for us in securing the house we always wanted, we really wish that it was listed with Coast & Country and will more than likely look to sell/buy through them before going anywhere else moving forward. Somewhere else sold us the home we wanted in the end, but Callum sold us our dream and a team we needed for our first purchase and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he did! You have not seen the last of us, and we recommend you all to everyone we know looking to purchase! :-D
