I recently sold my property using Coast and Country. It was not the most straight forward transaction due to issues with land registry and leases so the sale took longer than expected through no fault of Coast and Country’s. Throughout the process, the team kept the buyer on board with excellent communication between him and I. From the minute I showed interest in marketing the house, I was made to feel like a priority despite the fact the team are selling many local properties. They took fabulous images of the house and managed a large amount of viewings. Their rates were very slightly higher than some other agents but you really do get what you pay for- which is a top quality service from a friendly and knowledgeable team. Thanks again.

We used coast and country estate agents. Firstly we had Callum who came around to our house and valued our property and listened to us with what we wanted and expected he kept in contact throughout the first two weeks and gave feedback to us he also found the buyers also. Tom was our next port of call he was outstanding and got everything moving quickly! He was in contact on a daily basis. We couldn’t ask for more. Great service.

I thoroughly recommend Coast and Country, in particular the Newton Abbot branch. Nice people, and both efficient and effective. Although a first sale fell through, they found me a second buyer was within days, and the whole process from remarketing through to completion happened in just over 9 weeks. The follow through helping me to resolve questions from the buyer, their surveyor, and their solicitors was second to none.
