Buying & selling a house can be a very daunting experience & some estate agents leave people wondering what they got for the fees that they paid for. Not so with J D Wood I can honestly say I chose wisely. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, honest all the way through they told me what to expect & I got it which to me was money well spent. Gavin, Andrina, Carole & Linda did a fabulous job at marketing my house & getting it sold. The photos were great & the video was also a great touch. I would obviously do your homework first as I did, having to choose from 5 Estate Agents in the end but I knew straight away when Gavin visited that I wanted to give my business to him.
