I rented a house through this agency from 2021 to 2025, and I was very happy with their service. They are a professional and responsive team, always polite and quick to help. I recently sold a property through Chelton Brown, who had managed the same property for around 18 years. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Chelton Brown for the management or sale of your property. As a landlord of a converted property, It wasn't a straight forward sale, and there were so many dociuments required for the solicitors!! Shah and Victoria pulled out all the stops to secure a buyer and help provide as much information to help as was needed and speedily. I would like to thank them both sincerely. I would also like to thank the lettings team who managed the property with care and dilligence throughout. My experience as a landlord and a vendor has been made so much less stressful by Chelton Brown. Thank you everyone!

Our tenants wanted some information and help on how they could park their car at the carpark on site. The process to call someone was easy and responsive, and within less that half an hour they was given the details and a very informative guide on how to set up an account for the parking company's portal to register their car. I was also given a copy so our contractors to use it and ourselves. Very impressed, it's not often in my experience that I deal with a block management company that is so responsive and helpful. Toni was very helpful and efficient...super impressed and helped make my job easier in the process.

I bought a property and the paperwork is not in order. The solicitors I used were recommended by them. Now, I am incurring financial losses because of them. I intend to take them and their solicitors through civil court claim. I do not put names here but they have stopped responded to emails and phone calls. I would suggest independent landlords and property buyers to be careful with them.

I’ve had a genuinely fantastic experience with this property agency and can honestly say they set the gold standard for service. Right from the start, the team has been professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Big shoutout to our property manager, Matthew Chambers. He’s been amazing! Always lightning quick to respond, super organised, and just made everything really easy. Anytime we had a question or needed something sorted, he was right there. Honestly, can’t speak highly enough of him. Also a huge thanks to our lettings manager, Grace Heeley. She was brilliant at keeping everything on track and made the whole letting process feel really straightforward. You could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, and she was always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. And of course, thanks to Niall, the engineer. Such a nice guy and clearly really knows his stuff. He was on time, super thorough, and just went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to talk to! Massive thanks to the whole team for making this such a positive experience. It’s been, without a doubt, my smoothest move-in ever.
