Sadly, like a lot of letting agencies these days, they don't bother to reply to your letting enquiries unless they need you! Rather than say "sorry, it's not available". Make an enquiry to BUY a property and they'd be on the phone to you in 5 minutes! Responding to reply : To say you even have a system to measure your call answer rate is nonsense. 98% yeah right! I enquired about a property, I then get an automated email from you wanting to know more details - Name, address, phone number, employment status, current living status, name and phone number of current landlord (sound familiar?) - all provided! Then nothing!! All online enquiries are "fielded" within 20 mins? Don't know what fielded means. It certainly DOESN'T mean making contact!!! Let me guess, office full of females - average age about 21??NegativeResponsiveness

Hi Ursa, I can't seem to find any contact or enquiry sent by yourself. Are you able to confirm when it was sent please? I must say however, I am very surprised that is it hasn't been answered, all our online enquires are automatically fielded within 20 minutes and over the past 12 months 98% (within office hours) of all calls have been answered.

0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting company and very unprofessional. Avoid. Still waiting for proper heating to be installed in the property after 4 years of being here and reporting it since then they are now using COVID as an excuse. EPC does not even meet legal requirements. We have young children living here and 4 winters with basically no heating. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Terrible letting agents. We was left with no gas or electric day we moved in and there agent came out to say there's nothing she could do as it was almost five and time for her to go home. Also good luck trying to get your deposit back as they are so finiky and insist on using only people they chose to do anything then charge you so beware this was just 2 of many issues with themNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I can see that it has been sent twice, once at 10.35 and about 2 hours later presumably when you popped in.
