GoogleWouldn’t trust them at all. They use shoddy contractors who use inferior quality products and over charge you. If you’re thinking of using these guys to rent your house out, then think again.

From Jonathan’s initial visit and accurate valuation, to Matthew, Harry and Joel’s patience and courtesy whilst we viewed properties and they showed potential buyers around our own, through to Andrew keeping the chain focussed along the path to exchange, we were able to feel confident and relaxed with proceedings. It is no surprise to see the multitude of Charter Whyman “for sale” signs, and they deserve the success they are achieving.

FacebookI’ve used several estate agents to let my house in the past and Charter Whyman has been by far the best. They have found me 2 good reliable tenants over the past 3 years and always made the process of swapping tenants stress free. I also found Salim to be a great help, especially when arranging any maintenance work or contact with the tenants. Would highly recommend

Salim is very easy to deal with and offers a great management service. No issues with tenants Charter Whyman found who have just signed on for another year.

Friendly and professional staff from start to finish worked their socks off to market, sell our property and see it through to completion. When our first sale fell through CW kept our spirits up and quickly found us a new buyer.
