GoogleI've just completed on my purchase and Charter Wyman were fantastic. I met nearly the whole team in the first week of listing the property. Jonathan led the sale and was brilliant throughout, chasing up every lead and proactively communicating with me and the buyers throughout the process. I've moved seven times now and hands down this is the best estate agents that I've dealt with.

GoogleWe appointed Charter Whyman to sell our late mothers house, which had been in our family for 64 years. We could not have made a better choice. The whole team were fantastic and very caring and compassionate fully understanding the emotional attachment we had with the house. Communication was professional and of the highest quality. Special thank you to Andrew who helped immensely during a very difficult legal process. Both with the viewings from Johnathan and Danny, but most importantly the support and guidance given by Andrew. He helped navigate what has quite a complex buying process and went above and beyond to chase, keep us updated and relay messages between us, the seller, & our buyer. GoogleWe bought a house that was listed by Charter Whyman (and therefore we weren't their customer / client). We really didn't expect much engagement with, or help from the seller's estate agent given that they're engaged by the seller. But we were really pleasantly surprised at just how helpful they were to us, Danny and Andrew moved things along through the various stages and smoothed the way between all parties, communicating superbly. They were a pleasure to deal with and would be our first choice if we looked to buy or sell again.

GoogleEasy to find but on race days, apart from a few cones on the road there doesn't seem to be any marshalling going on. Not like at other circuits anyway so may be an issue when mega busy.

GoogleWhen we were faced with the daunting task of selling our late mother’s house, which had been in our family for 48 years, we approached Charter Whyman. This was the best decision we ever made. Even meeting Simon from the outset we felt we were in safe hands. The whole team have been amazing. However a special shout out has to a go to Danny, who was so kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking and approachable knowing this was a house sale with considerable emotional attachment. GoogleMy relationship with Charter Whyman extends back to 2016 on the rental side. As ever, businesses are only as good as the individuals and my review would have been 5 stars were i only referring to the efforts of of Kanyin or Trupti. I am not sure whether i can recommend this business at the moment as Kanyin left some while back and I believe Trupti is on maternity leave. But i am sure it will bounce back as I believe that the owners are serious and committed players in this market. Postscript: i sold a house with them last year (2022), finally got paid in December. They don’t appear to set themselves targets for progressing a sale and the bullsh&t detector got red hot at the start of proceedings and then chilled considerably after a couple of weeks 🙄
