Great customer service, happy to answer any questions and made the whole process a breeze from the initial viewing, right through to being handed the keys. If you are looking for a place to rent I would highly recommend using Charter Whyman.

GoogleMy relationship with Charter Whyman extends back to 2016 on the rental side. As ever, businesses are only as good as the individuals and my review would have been 5 stars were i only referring to the efforts of of Kanyin or Trupti. I am not sure whether i can recommend this business at the moment as Kanyin left some while back and I believe Trupti is on maternity leave. But i am sure it will bounce back as I believe that the owners are serious and committed players in this market. Postscript: i sold a house with them last year (2022), finally got paid in December. They don’t appear to set themselves targets for progressing a sale and the bullsh&t detector got red hot at the start of proceedings and then chilled considerably after a couple of weeks 🙄
