GoogleMy relationship with Charter Whyman extends back to 2016 on the rental side. As ever, businesses are only as good as the individuals and my review would have been 5 stars were i only referring to the efforts of of Kanyin or Trupti. I am not sure whether i can recommend this business at the moment as Kanyin left some while back and I believe Trupti is on maternity leave. But i am sure it will bounce back as I believe that the owners are serious and committed players in this market. Postscript: i sold a house with them last year (2022), finally got paid in December. They don’t appear to set themselves targets for progressing a sale and the bullsh&t detector got red hot at the start of proceedings and then chilled considerably after a couple of weeks 🙄

Always pick a local small agent over one of the large corporate agents when selling, although you don't have a choice when buying. Buying and selling a property is stressful, so picking the right agent is crucial. Thanks Andrew and Danny.

GoogleGood experience with Charter Whyman. Danny and Simon were excellent in their knowledge, advice and contactability. The sale was very quick and trouble free but a few problems arose on my buy. However, these were managed and well progressed. A few problems still remain that are hopefully are being sorted shortly. Thanks again team.

GoogleCannot recommend Charter Whyman enough! Friendly and professional team who go over and above with their service. Communication has been excellent throughout, which sadly I cannot say for the rest of the chain. We have listed twice with them now and both times had buyers within a couple of days and met tight deadlines which had been set by myself. Don’t even bother contacting any other estate agents, they won’t come close! Thanks again to the team for the amazing service and for making my life so much easier. Greatly appreciated! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleHaving recently completed on a flat after a protracted 6 month process I could not recommend Charter Whyman, and particularly Danny, enough. They have always been patient, contactable, and willing to help, with just enough hand holding to reassure a first-time buyer throughout! I have no doubt the process would have taken much longer and been much more frustrating with a less proactive and engaged estate agent.

GoogleI was the purchaser to a house being sold through Charter Whyman, so not a direct client. The sale process was under extremely strict deadlines due to timescales on mortgage offers. The completion would not have happened if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication put in by Danny, who went above and beyond to drive the solicitors to complete their work. He's an absolute credit to the company and industry. We will certainly be using Charter Whyman in the future.

GoogleI've just completed on my purchase and Charter Wyman were fantastic. I met nearly the whole team in the first week of listing the property. Jonathan led the sale and was brilliant throughout, chasing up every lead and proactively communicating with me and the buyers throughout the process. I've moved seven times now and hands down this is the best estate agents that I've dealt with.
