From the start of the process of selling our home the whole team at Charter Whyman were fabulous. From my initial contact with Simon Walton, the house valuation , professional photos, sales particulars, and the walk through video by Jonathon were all completed in 5 days and we were primed for success . The team didn't disappoint, only sending qualified buyers to view the property, which resulted in fabulous interest and an asking price offer in 14 days (during a pandemic) . Magdalena Lora the Senior Sales Progressor then took over. What can you say about Magdalena, she is the most competent , patient and professional person you could wish to have on your team. When we were given an ultimatum by one of the chain (not me) she rose to the occasion, successfully coordinating and managing all parts of the chain to meet the deadline.
