Hi Niall, As your aware we had another offer of the same amount as yours, we put both offers to the Vendor, the Vendor asked us to go back to both yourself and the other person, the other person increased their offer and you didn't, therefore the Vendor accepted the higher offer, good luck with your property search.

I bought a property 12 year's ago 9 years ago I'd asked for a valuation & they remembered me & the property they sold me. I have to say as a returning customer you will still get all the benefits. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Having noticed a number of neighbours using Charrison Davis to sell there properties & being happy with the service we decided to do the same. The valuation was accurate & the pictures were excellent, Unfortunately our first sale fell through but they wasted no time in finding a new buyer & assisted us with getting the property sold within the time frame we gave. Communications were great, regular updates via phone or email & you could always speak to someone when you needed to. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.

GoogleAbsolutely Fraudulent People!!!!!! I enquired about a property. They are telling buy to let customers that only residential buyers can purchase the property and telling residential customers that only buy to let customers can purchase… (isn’t that fraud?) This is probably an under the table deal. Very Fraudulent Estate Agents!!!!!

GoogleI would give it NO STARS Please do not deal with BRIAN BAILEY Not only he falsely advertised about helping the residents of Harmondsworth & Sipson to apply for the Hardship Scheme through the Heathrow Airport Authority, my case failed to get through after a year, and I suffer from a Mental Illness where my property is going through a split with my Ex Partner. Also I was always chasing him about this and the sale of my Property which has been on the Market since last September. Failure to respond, I have all evidence on emails which I can not post on here but an official complaint has been sent to the Property Ombudsman. Unfortunately Brian is the Director at Charrison Davis. I don't know why.....NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Good evening Parveen, unfortunately I am not in control of the Heathrow expansion and it's changes to their policies and spent a lot of time and money trying to help when no one else would. I am also not in control of the joint owner of your property who has stated they are buying you out of your share so will not except the offer your sister-in-law has made and I will not bully her into doing so. Finally I have always got back to you Parveen. Despite sympathising and understanding your frustrations with your situation, your behaviour earlier today and now this i think the Ombudsman's involvement is a good idea.

GoogleI went to see a house with one of their agents not to mention it! that moment when we saw the house we confirmed that we wanted it! He tells us that we had to give a deposit and that! and of which I would have no problem! 5 days passed and nothing sent me the information! It turns out that the boy calls me and tells me that his allegedly was already settled !! when you know it was not like that! I'm sure I came with a negotiation with another client! I find it bad taste and nothing professional !!! I would not recommend it for anything in the world! incidentally, I went to the agency several times asking what had happened to the house and nothing that they had information about it !! that was about two months! GoogleI rang about a property at least 3 times that I was very interested in buying as soon as, even thinking to put down a deposit for the property so nobody else buys it. The staff kept telling me they will ring me back and organise a viewing but they never. I even asked my girlfriend to call they said the same thing. It’s very unprofessional especially when somebody is in a hurry to buy in cash and they pay no attention to it. I do not recommend them at all, even though I have selected 1 star they don’t even deserve that. Once chasing up the agent false promises were made that he would call me back and arrange a viewing.
