GoogleRecently we purchased a property through Charles Harding in Royal Wootton Bassett but i can only advise you to give them a wide birth,they were rude and ignorant and to be honest stuck up their own backsides. They were only interested in the person selling the property,but couldn't care less about the purchaser's. I tried to complain but of course it fell on deaf ears ! If I could give minus stars I would . Be aware !

GoogleNot happy with my dealings with this company, their correspondence and care for the customers is none existent. Considering this is a pretty big letting agency I'm surprised about how they deal with customers. Hoping we won't have to go for another temporary rental one again. Also beware they do use tactics to push you to purchase sooner/ leave you on edge during the buying process.

GoogleI highly recommend Charles Harding Gorse Hill branch. Absolutely amazing service from James, Lee and Dawn, especially James who handled the sale of my house and purchase of new one. He was a star from start to finish - friendly, easy to get hold of, professional, kind, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond !! and I'll be forever grateful !!

GoogleWent to look at a property!!!!! What an absolute shambles, the estate agency did not communicate only communicated when it was to do with money. The property had mouldy parts an a broken plug socket water Mark's Down the walls,carpets was disgusting the smell was disgusting. This property is not fit for any human!!!!.

GoogleThe all the team at gorse hill are great..But James is the star from the first meet to the last one he understood are needs and wants and managed with professional attitude and with in a few weeks we had sold and bought with James as the agent to.. moved in with no Hassel ..and little stress .. great
