Not only has she been helpful with the admin side of things, but she also took me to view the property without prior booking, and without any obligation to help out in this way as I was only there for an identity check. Couldn’t recommend enough.

It's interesting to read some of the reviews posted here as they seem to be describing a totally different agency to the one we had the misfortune to rent a flat in Bristol through. My wife and I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unhelpful group of people - they are incapable of doing even the most basic (and essential) parts of their job in an efficient manner and without repeated requests to do so. The Whiteladies Road office is chaotic, communication is confused, contradictory and often just plain wrong, and the staff have no concept whatsoever of a duty of care towards their clients. To say they have a complicated relationship with the truth would also be an understatement - to be avoided!
