GoogleDebra and the entire office went above and beyond to help my son find a flat. And when he decided to let without seeing the place in person, she went out of her way to reassure all of us that it was a great flat with a nice landlord. I would highly recommend her and she has clients for life.

GoogleIf you are fortunate enough to end up with Debbie looking after you, rest assured you are in great hands! I rung Chappell and Matthew's about a property I had seen to rent on rightmove. Debbie introduced me to another property, better fitted to our needs and had the deal signed and sealed all within 24 hours! She explained the whole process and answered all questions we had so patiently. A real breath of fresh air after our experiences with other agencies in Bristol. GoogleAlthough we still have a few issues to resolve with the property. We would like to thank Debra for her help finding the property, and for being great with the initial viewing of the flat. She was attentive and friendly. We requested to go back to take measurements for our furniture before the key collection date and Debra was happy to accommodate this and met us at the flat in her spare 20 minutes. We were very grateful for that. She was easy to reach and was very helpful. Thank you Debra! π

We are an international couple moving from the US to the UK which involves lots of logistics and paperwork and she worked with us every step of the way to help us figure everything out. GoogleChappell & Matthews helped me not only find my perfect property as a tenant in no less than 3 days and negotiated with the landlords to get me an offer the same day in a market that has taken me over 3 months to find a suitable apartment, but Debra was instrumental in making those stars align so perfectly! She has made this entire experience utterly superb, and in dealings with her colleagues, everybody at the business is so polite and professional to work with! If you're looking for a new place to call home, I would recommend whole heartedly that you check these estate agents out - no other in Bristol can beat them!
