GoogleI have just recently moved in to an apartment in Bristol. I needed a place ASAP as I was moving from abroad and did not have anywhere to stay but hostels/hotels. Finding a place was quite quick, very helpful and caring stuff at Chappel & Matthews. Thank you Oliver Bloxham for taking care of everything and being always available :)

GoogleI moved to Bristol last year and I was frustrated as everybody knows it can be really challenging to rent an apartment in the city center area. I found about this company online and I emailed them. Oliver Bloxham contacted me an hour later and he was able to find me a place within a week They are the best simple as that!

GoogleI would high recommend Chappell & Mathews Sales for anyone looking for a new home in Bristol. Me and my Flatmate was struggling to find a flat to settle in with a reasonable price and thanks so much for Oliver and Daniel’s support, we’ve got a spacious flat with nice balcony!

GoogleI was planning to take over the apartment from my friend which was with Chappel and Matthews in Bristol. I have contacted them and informed them about the take over from my friend. Oliver Bloxham have guided me through the process and made each and every effort to give me the apartment. Staff is very polite and ready to help. I would recommend the Chappel and Matthews if you are looking for an apartment.

GoogleWhere to start!! I have had the most positive experience in home hunting with my partner and in this day and age it’s extremely difficult to search for homes let alone organise viewing them. Ben, Chloe and Dan have been the best team to help me find my first home, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better set of people to sort this for us. It was effortless and straightforward and not only that they were humorous, understanding and extremely patient. We are incredibly happy with how this all turned out and we cannot thank the harbourside team enough. I really do hope they see this because they deserve all the recognition possible. Anyone trying to find a new home I would highly suggest the Chappel and Matthews team at harbourside, they’ll help you no bother😁 from Tom and Adaia

GoogleHaving finalised my plans for moving to Bristol, I had contacted Chappell and Matthews before moving to Bristol. I had spoken to Oliver at the time and had asked him about the a few properties, but I was unable to decide as I was not in Bristol. After I arrived, I met Dan and viewed a property with him. He was extremely cordial and friendly! Following this, I enquired about another property and when I spoke to Oliver, he instantly recognised me and booked me in for a viewing! This is the property that I settled on, and it has been a great experience! I had a few doubts to clarify and went to the Chappell and Matthews Harbourside office on a Saturday and Ben happily helped me out! They all have been very respectful of my time, have helped me with the application process and have explained every single step along the way! In fact, they have gone out of their way to support me and have updated me of how the application was proceeding! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Oliver, Dan, and Ben, and express my heartfelt gratitude to them. They are an incredible team, extremely reliable, very friendly, and their professionalism and customer service are top-notch! Hats-off to them! To conclude, if you are in Bristol looking for a property to rent or purchase, get in touch with them, and you will have a happy and hassle-free journey ahead!

GoogleDaniel, Umar and Chloe were all extremely helpful with our new tenancy and made the process very smooth sailing, we were given a welcome box for the move in which was a lovely touch and they also waited around for us after they had closed so that we would be able to pick up our keys! GoogleFinding a home in Bristol as a student and part time worker can be a nightmare due to the lack of income. Unfortunately, I couldn't even get a response to my applications to rent a house many times. However, Oliver came to my rescue and helped me a lot in finding a very nice house to rent. Both Oliver and Daniel were always close to me as a phone call and were solution oriented. I am currently sitting comfortably in the house I rented thanks to them. I am grateful to them. I mostly deal with Oliver Bloxham who is really friendly, efficient and goes out of his way to find a solution to any problem, but all the team are great. GoogleI am so grateful to Oliver in particular who helped me and my partner to find our first flat! As graduates, we were disregarded by many estate agents who were not interested in helping us due to our relatively low income, however, Olivier took the time to understand our circumstances and match us to a property and landlord who would be willing to rent to us. Both Oliver and Daniel were excellent at keeping in touch throughout the process which was much appreciated given that waiting to be approved can be a nerve wracking experience. We will definitely be going to Chappel and Matthews when the time comes to move house in the future!

I had very specific needs, and when my previous flat fell through with another agency, they found me a new flat and guided me through the entire process, moving in within 2 weeks.
