GoogleI’m not one to typically complain about service but when it’s beyond terrible I think I’d want to know and would appreciate honest reviews. We contacted C&M over a month ago to list our apartment for long term rental and after a pleasant initial chat terms agreed we were looking forward to the property being listed and securing a tentant soon. It’s been three weeks since we agreed and after 5 calls chasing for an update, 2 complaints asking for a manager to come back we’ve still not had any sort of feedback, update and the whole process has been a shambles. Absolutely disgusting level of customer service and I wouldn’t ever trust them with our property again. We’ve gone for Hopewell who have been superb at every stage. Hope this helps you.

GoogleFiona Taverner gave me great care when looking to buy a flat in the centre of Bristol. I wish I could have afforded more than 1 flat as she showed me quite a few good options. Bristol is a vibrant city. Fiona is so knowledgeable about Bristol, Leaseholds and the many new confusing rules around the Building Safety Act. I can't thank her enough for all the support and information. She gave me the confidence to buy as I did not understand the rules around buying a leasehold flat and had felt anxious. I could see she is not just doing a job, she is passionate about what she does. Thank you so much Fiona for all your help. I really appreciate it.
