GoogleCouldn't recommend this letting agency enough, the team were attentive throughout the process from viewings to referencing right through to securing a rental. The competition for properties is intense in Bristol. Etima was brilliant and ensured we found somewhere which fitted within our budget and met our desirable criteria. She went above and beyond to make sure the rental process was as stress-free as possible. Thanks Etima, Chloe and the rest of the team!

GoogleI was searching for a place to live for a while, calling up multiple companies and sharing lots of details, and Chapel and Matthews were 1 of only 2 companies that ever bothered to call me back, keep me in the loop, and help me find places with a personal approach. The current property market is a shambles and most of the agents just take the easy route, with very little care given. I have to say Etima was diligent, communicated well and was also just a pleasure to work with.

GoogleExcellent experience in finding an apartment to rent. Debra Barton was wonderful. She was very nice, professional and available to answer my questions. Thanks to here, I was able to find a place to rent in my budget which matches my criteria. I really recommend this rental agency, especially if you are like me new in the UK.

GoogleI had an exceptionally smooth experience with Chappell & Matthews as my lettings agent. The process of finding a suitable flat for my needs and transitioning into the new home was made easy. Dan, in particular, stood out as a star; he was attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. Any questions or issues I had were promptly addressed, and next steps were made clear at every stage. The fact they went above and beyond with the inventory, providing extra services, and more made moving in Bristol significantly less stressful than it could've been. If I were to rent again, I would definitely choose Chappell & Matthews.
