GoogleWe would like to thank Helen for her help, advice and guidance, through a very complicated purchase of a flat. She was regularly in contact with us, the seller and solicitors, keeping us informed and helping to ease some of the anxiety associated with fixing defects in the leases and freehold. The process would have been much more difficult and stressful without her contact. We have now exchanged contracts and remained sane with Helen's input. Thank you Helen, you have been a friend.

GoogleFrom the speedy appointment to view a property, the friendly cheerful (hilarious) agent (Jon) who showed us round, the ever pleasant Selina answering the phone and the unbelievably above-and-and beyond-the-call -of- duty help from Helen this agency shares with our own Exeter agency the most positive aspect of what has proved to be a challenging and frequently frustrating process. Helen really kept me on the right side of sanity on several occasions. Seems to me that Chamberlains in Teignmouth really care about both the vendor and the purchaser and do whatever is possible (and sometimes the impossible) to get us all to the contract exchange day in one piece. I could not recommend Chamberlains more highly.

GoogleFrom start to finish Chamberlain's Teignmouth helped us find the perfect home, even when we didn't know exactly what we wanted. We are first time buyers and obviously never bought before, nothing was too much to ask and everything was explained to us throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for more from an Estate Agent, we will definitely be using them if we ever come to sell. Their manager Helen is particularly helpful ensuring we knew everything every step of the way!

GoogleI have been very happy with the handling of the sale of my property by Chamberlains in Teignmouth. I had many viewings and when a suitable sale was agreed, I was kept informed almost on a daily basis as to the progress of the chain and help and comfort given to me accordingly throughout the normal ups and downs of a conveyancing chain. I have no hesitation in recommending Helen and her team to anyone who wants someone they can depend on to serve their very best interests.
