We could not have asked for better representation. Ian Bransdon was a delight from start to finish- professional and convivial. The quality of the brochure was superb. And we had instant, useful feedback from Ian following viewings. Compared to the many other estate agents we have used in the past, F&C are in a different league. We would most certainly use them again, and recommend them without reservation.

The property I bought was marketed by Chamberlains in Teignmouth. The purchase had a number of complicating factors and I found Helen (the Manager) excellent in overcoming all difficulties, smoothing contact with the vendors and providing good advice. Communication was very good throughout this process. A much better experience than the larger chain of estate agents that I used for my own sale.
