Ian Bransdon at Fine and Country is honestly the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with. We knew Ian from before, so when we heard he was working with Fine and Country we contacted him without a doubt. From beginning to end everything was followed through. We’ve been with estate agents before where nothing was followed up like it should be. With what was a very stressful process his attention to detail was next to none. I would strongly recommend Fine and country. Ian gave the best advice, looked at all the relevant important factors regarding selling our home. He stuck with us when everything seemed like it was falling apart. He remained positive and focused throughout and didn’t let us down in any way what do ever! Fine and country has a new unique way of selling your home that is sets apart from other agent’s. They focus not only on the house but on the area and what it has to offer. With their professional photography sets the home with the real feel of the property and it’s surroundings. Ian has had much experience with buying and selling throughout this area. Therefore he brought only genuine buyers that sifted out buyers that weren’t ready or not sure what they wanted and wasting time preparing my home for viewings which with a working family was very stressful. Thank you.

From our first viewing to handing over the keys on completion, the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for Zoe and Ami who were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions, even put the heating on for us on moving day the bungalow was nice and warm.

Great service from Zoe and Amy from start to finish! They kept us in the picture every step of the way which greatly reduced any stress as we knew exactly what was happening at all times. They kept in touch with the solicitors from all parties involved, and chased them appropriately to ensure things kept ticking over. Very prompt replies to email/phone enquiries. Would recommend!

James worked tirelessly with what was a very complicated sale. As always he was efficient and found a solution for every challenge that was presented during the process. He was in constant communication with me, my solicitor, and buyer, to ensure the seamless flow of information throughout. Always readily available to answer all the 'anxiety provoking' questions - of which there were many. I will be using fine and country once again shortly as they truly are -one of the best agents in the area.

The sevice I received from Fine and Country was excellent .I have not sold a property for 30 years and James Coper knowledge and professionalism made the process a whole lot easier .Keeping me well informed and importantly he kept a regular contact with the vendor which helped create a good relationship which contributed to a quick and stress free sale .I really can not recommend them enough
