We wanted to work with an agent who was trustworthy and non-pretentious who would interact well with potential buyers and keep us informed of progress along the way. Luckily we choose well first time, James Cooper from Fine and Country deserves our thanks and praise. When the going got tough dealing with a long chain, problematic solicitors and changing timelines, James was on the ball all the way. We found out that selling a house is more than ‘Rightmove’. Expertise, dedication and just sheer damn professionalism will never be replaced by algorithms and do it yourself agents. James earned his commission and our gratitude. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!
